Healthy & Tasty Pre-Workout Shake

This tastes so delish and it's very easy to make, great before you're heading to the gym!



You'll need:

4 mandarines
1 banana
soy or almond milk
1/2 apple
2 tablespoons of peanut butter

mix everything in a blender and there you go :)
