My Diet

At the moment I'm trying to loose some weight. So of course I have to watch my diet and as we all know, it's not the easiest thing to go on one. As for me, I believe that loosing weight and working out is more of a lifestyle than just controlling yourself for a certain period of time. And the most important thing is don't be too strickt with yourself because most of the time, that's the reason why you start binging!

I'm a vegetarian for almost half a year because of health reasons and I also started to loose weight before I did the following plan, just because I became a vegetarian. How cool is that?

So here's the way I eat and for me, it's the best way to loose weight and to stay healthy:

Morning: I love oats and when I get up in the morning, I like to cook them with some milk. It's perfect to start my day and it tastes so delicious. Sometimes I sprinkle some fruits on top of it. What I also like is plain yoghurt with an apple or one half of a banana, some nuts and a little bit of honey.

When I work out in the morning, I just drink a shake and I'll have breakfast later.

Lunch: Most of the time I make a salad with tons of veggies. I can get very creative on that one and very often I add some feta which I love. I don't like to eat that much at lunch either.


Between lunch and dinner I prefer fruits and nuts or veggie sticks with hummus to snack on.

Dinner: Steamed veggies  with some roasted Tofu is the best when you are on a diet, I try to avoid too many carbs at dinner. Sometimes I make a salad again or I just eat veggie sticks with hummus which I absolutely love. You can make so much with hummus and I also like to put it on top of my salad. Maybe I will post a recipe how to make your own at home because it's very easy to make and tastes so much better!

I try to control myself for 6 days of a week and I have one day where I can eat whatever I want :) Usually it's a day of my weekend.

    also wirklich hut ab wie du das alles machst!
    und jaaaaa - ein rezept wie man selbst humus macht :D
