Your body should be important to you so I decided to motivate myself again and start my routine that I posted on my blog which is perfect for me. >>Here you go
All in all I'm going to work out at least 3 times a week and do some cardio aside, but not necessarily running as I wrote last time, because I prefer doing that when it's not so cold outside. There are some public indoor pools in my town which I like to work out at in the wintertime and I'm lucky that most of them are quite nice in my area.
I'm keeping you guys updated!
