Workout Update

Hello my lovelys! The New Year is already 2 weeks old and are u still as motivated as me to get in shape?

The thing is, I used to put my workout routine on my blog but I never took it seriously. The problem was that I needed some help how to exercise and how to do a workout which suits my body type and my goals, and you can't do this with premade plans on the internet. You need someone who tells you what to do when you're not a professional, shows you all the exercises and is there for help if you're doing something wrong. I'm convinced that that's the best way to get the results which you want to archieve.

I met a guy who is a trained fitness trainer and he made me work out again, after month and month doing nothing for my body. He made a plan for me which I have to follow religiously now, otherwise he'll kick my butt hah.

That's the reason why I put down all my old plans from this website, I don't want anybody to get a wrong impression on what I'm doing right now.

So I hope I'll reach my goals, there are some areas I definitely need to work on especially my belly. I always had problems with that but I want to get it flat until summer :)
